Welcome to After Six Sessions! I'm on a mission to live my best life. There are far too many things I want to do in this lifetime & I’ve decided some of them just can’t wait.
When people find out that I'm moving to Sydney, this is usually one of the first questions they ask me. I decided to write about it so I could refer to this blog the next time someone asked me how I did it.
With internationals borders closed until 2022, Andrew and I decided to explore more of Australia – Starting with Uluru. Here's what we got up to when we visited in May.

I'm a thirty-something old marketing and communications professional formerly from Manila, now currently based in Sydney. I enjoy writing, reading, travelling and everything you'd expect a millennial to love.
The idea for 'After Six Sessions' started when a colleague (shout out to McKenzie!) and would have long days at the office (agency life, amirite?) and 6pm would be our time to chat, catch up and basically talk about anything under the sun.
I've been meaning to start a blog since 2014, but have always been putting it off. While in the middle of moving to another country (also, continent), I thought it would be a good idea to start a blog and document my journey and my new life down under.
